 Ordering Information Important to Remember: - Please review your PayPal order before final checkout. MAD HOT SHOES will not be responsible for incorrectly ordered items.
- If shipping rates apply to your order, a revised PayPal invoice will be issued to you from MAD HOT SHOES,for example a package shipped to New York would have an additional cost of approx. $15.00 CAD.
- Once the PayPal transaction is processed, please allow for 5 - 6 business days for delivery in the GTA. Outside of the GTA, please allow for delivery time of up to 2 weeks. International shipping may vary dependent upon specific country customs requirements.
EXCHANGE POLICY: MAD HOT SHOES will exchange shoes for another size within 7 days of receiving the shoes, however refunds or exchanges for defective items must be dealt with directly by the manufacturer. Please see manufacturer information on our Contact page. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know that your shoes do not fit. MAD HOT SHOES offers shipping throughout North America, however shipping is free of charge within the Greater Toronto Area. Please contact us if you live outside the GTA to discuss shipping charges.
